Social organization that offers video and photography training to the youngsters of Niterói.  They consist in a new tool to these youths express themselves, also an opportunity of profession. Some of them, when finish the advanced level of the course, are involved in the services that the social enterprise (that was born from the organization) offers to the market.

The social enterprise was a response to the unattended demand from the organization for resources, at the same time the front door to the work market to those youngsters.
