Degree in Business Administration (FGV-SP) and Master in Social Psychology (USP).

I have been working in socio-economic area since I started the University. Some of my most remarkable experiences were: popular cooperatives incubation, development of sustainable business with communities around Brazil and coordination of Sustainability in Practice Program, at IBENS.

The academic base was sought to gather ideas and insights to look from a different perspective the challenges faced during those experiences. First, a psychodrama cooperative dynamics guide focused on the catalyzing the conformation of cohesive groups (tied by bonds of trust); recently a dissertation about cooperative work (self-organized) and Identity metamorphosis.

This last work was developed with a cereal bar producer group, in Jardim Jaqueline, South of São Paulo.

I love working with groups, in a collaborative way, creating, building, innovating together.

Currently I’m a member of IBENS’s board (www.ibens.org) and dedicated to NESsT, an international organization that supports social entrepreneurs to structure and scale their initiatives and increase their social impacts (www.nesst.org).
